Future theater/performance space
Built in the 1940s, the hen house is 36′ wide by 60′ long, and about 30′ tall at its peak. Our plans are to retain the shape and footprint, hollow out the inside, and replace the internal skeleton with timber in order to create an open space for performances and larger sculptural projects.
